TEKperfect ("TEKperfect," "we," "us") provides IT, cybersecurity, and AI automation services to organizations of every size. This policy explains what personal information we collect through tekperfect.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message. If you email or call us, we collect what you tell us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages requested, and the date and time. Our contact form also uses a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) that evaluates signals from your browser to tell people from automated bots.
Analytics and advertising information. We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand how visitors use the Site and whether our ads work. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, the page or ad that brought you here, your browser and device type, your approximate location, and your IP address. They also record when you complete certain actions: booking a call, sending the contact form, tapping our phone number, or finishing one of our free assessment tools. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, or message to Google or LinkedIn. See Cookies, analytics, and advertising for details and how to opt out.
Our free assessment tools. The Cybersecurity Audit and the AI Opportunity Audit run in your browser. Your individual answers are not sent to us or stored by us. When analytics is active, we record that you finished a tool and your overall score, without your answers.
How we use information
- To respond to your questions and requests, and to schedule consultations.
- To provide, explain, and follow up about our services.
- To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
- To measure which ads and pages lead people to contact us, and to show our ads to people who have visited the Site.
- To protect the Site and our business against spam, abuse, and security threats.
- To meet legal obligations and keep ordinary business records.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for those services:
- Vercel hosts the Site and processes the technical information described above.
- Cloudflare provides the Turnstile security check on the contact form.
- Resend delivers the contact form message to our inbox by email.
- Google Workspace hosts our email, so messages you send us are stored there.
- Calendly provides the scheduling widget. If you book a call through it, Calendly receives the details you enter there.
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and LinkedIn (the LinkedIn Insight Tag) receive the analytics and advertising information described above.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Google and LinkedIn may use the information their tools collect on the Site to show our ads to you on their own services and on other sites. California law may treat this as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described below. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies from these providers:
- Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they view, and how they found the Site. We see reports, not the identity of individual visitors. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. We keep Google Analytics event data for 14 months. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Google Ads tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to book a call or contact us, and may let us show ads to people who have visited the Site.
- The LinkedIn Insight Tag tells us when someone who saw or clicked one of our LinkedIn ads visits the Site or contacts us. It also gives us summary reports about visitors, such as job function and industry, and lets us show ads on LinkedIn to people who have visited the Site. LinkedIn does not tell us who individual visitors are. See the LinkedIn Cookie Policy.
The contact form security check and the scheduling widget are provided by third parties and may use cookies or similar technologies of their own. Their privacy policies govern how they handle that information.
How to opt out. Use the Your privacy choices control below. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal, the Site does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads, or the LinkedIn Insight Tag at all. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, manage ad personalization in Google's My Ad Center and in your LinkedIn advertising settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Your privacy choices
With JavaScript turned off, the Site loads no analytics or advertising tools, so there is nothing to turn off.
This choice applies to the browser and device you are using now. We remember it by saving a small setting in your browser's local storage. If you clear your browser data or use a different browser or device, make the choice again there. Turning the tools off also deletes the analytics and advertising cookies the Site has set.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records, and then delete or anonymize them. We keep Google Analytics event data for 14 months. Server logs kept by our hosting provider, and data held by Google and LinkedIn, are retained according to those providers' practices.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To opt out of sharing, use the Your privacy choices control above or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. You can also email us and we will help.
To make a request, email support@tekperfect.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites, such as our social media profiles. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed, and material changes will be posted on this page.
