TEKperfect ("TEKperfect," "we," "us") provides IT, cybersecurity, and AI automation services to small and medium-sized businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through tekperfect.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message. If you email or call us, we collect what you tell us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages requested, and the date and time. Our contact form also uses a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) that evaluates signals from your browser to tell people from automated bots.
Our free assessment tools. The Cybersecurity Readiness Check and the AI Opportunity Audit run in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored by us.
How we use information
- To respond to your questions and requests, and to schedule consultations.
- To provide, explain, and follow up about our services.
- To protect the Site and our business against spam, abuse, and security threats.
- To meet legal obligations and keep ordinary business records.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for those services:
- Vercel hosts the Site and processes the technical information described above.
- Cloudflare provides the Turnstile security check on the contact form.
- Resend delivers the contact form message to our inbox by email.
- Google Workspace hosts our email, so messages you send us are stored there.
- Our scheduling tool. If you book a call through the scheduling widget on the Site, the scheduling provider receives the details you enter there.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Cookies and tracking
The Site itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not store data in your browser. The security check and the scheduling widget are provided by third parties and may use cookies or similar technologies of their own; their handling is governed by their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records, and then delete or anonymize them. Server logs kept by our hosting provider are retained according to that provider's practices.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of.
To make a request, email support@tekperfect.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites, such as our social media profiles. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed, and material changes will be posted on this page.
